Carol likes to figure out the source of pain, whenever possible. Sometimes it is muscle pain, but can be joint pain, nerve pain, referred pain. Together, you can usually discover why there is pain, and make a plan to eliminate the cause.
Carol's special area of interest is migraines and tension headaches. Migraines were passed down through her family, and though these are neurological events, eliminating the tension side of them will bring down the severity and frequency of the actual migraine. Recently, Carol studied CranioSacral therapy so now has deeper access to the fascial connections inside the cranium.
